Technical Team Lead

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Managing the complete software development process from conception to deployment
• Maintaining and upgrading the software following deployment
• Managing the end-to-end life cycle for the production of software and applications
• Overseeing the automated testing and providing feedback to management during the development process
• Architect both front-end and back-end components with various technologies that drive complex web applications

Qualification:

• Knowledge of HTTP understanding (HTTP verbs, response status)
• Knowledge of JavaScript testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress)
• Knowledge in any Component-Based JavaScript Frameworks (Vue.js)
• Knowledge of CSS frameworks (Bootstrap)
• Knowledge of Front-End Build Tools (Webpack)
• Knowledge of MVC style web frameworks (Django)
• Knowledge of Testing Framework (Pytest)
• Knowledge of Distributed Version Control Software (git)

Qualification (as a plus):

• Knowledge of UX and design sensibilities
• Knowledge of Deployment Technologies (Ansible, Docker, K8S)
• Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• Knowledge of Software Architectural Style (Hexagonal, Service-Oriented, CQRS)

Position Level:

• Team Lead : 5+ Years experience, team management, and Leadership skill.
