Responsibilities:
● Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across the organization
● Create functional specifications and design documents
● Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business needs
● Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure successful deployment of solutions
● Provide ongoing support and training to users of the Salesforce platform
● Collaborate with other teams, including developers and administrators, to ensure successful implementation of solutions
Qualification:
● Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields
● 2-5 years of experience in business analyst
● Experience in Salesforce and/or other CRM solutions will be considered
● Good command of English
● Good presentation and communication skills
● Strong problem-solving and good analytical skills
● Positive attitude, able to work hard, high responsibility and good teamwork
