Responsibilities:
● Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders acrossthe organization
● Create functional specifications and design documents
● Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business needs
● Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure successful deployment ofsolutions
● Provide ongoing support and training to users of the Salesforceplatform
● Collaborate with other teams, including developers andadministrators, to ensure successful
Qualification:
● Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,Information Technology or related fields
● 1-3 years of experience in business analyst
● Experience in Salesforce and/or other CRM solutions will beconsidered
● Good command of English
● Good presentation and communication skills
● Strong problem-solving andgood analytical skills
● Positive attitude, able to work hard, high responsibility and goodteamwork
