As the Sales Director, you are a closer, you are hungry, and as such you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence in the service and hospitality segments. You will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to drive revenue growth through client acquisition and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling SaaS solutions to the service industry, specifically within the hospitality segment.
The position reports to the Managing Director.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to drive new business and meet revenue goals.
- Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and establish strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Client Acquisition: Personally engage in high-value client acquisitions and drive the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our SaaS solutions and the unique value they provide to the service industry, with a particular focus on the hospitality segment.
- Data-Driven Approach: Utilize data analytics to assess and refine sales strategies, ensuring a data-driven, results-oriented approach.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach to business development.
- Reporting: Provide regular, detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis. A solid experience in HubSpot CRM will be an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in selling SaaS solutions to the service industry, with a strong focus on the hospitality segment.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- You are a closer and you convert business development into actual profitable contracts.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the service industry, particularly the unique challenges and trends in the hospitality sector.
- Fluent English and conversational Thai is a must.
- Natural networker with a proven deep and wide access to decision makers.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
