Quality Assurance Engineer (SQL/Postman/API)

Atiom is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled QA Engineer to join our team. You'll play a key role in ensuring the quality of our B2B SaaS platform, with a focus on a variety of technical aspects, from app and website testing to feature fix validation, to building automated tests, and SQL data extraction. Who You Are

• You are a Thai national and currently live in Thailand (we do not offer a Work Visa and Work Permit for this position).
• Demonstrable experience in quality assurance engineering skills such as familiarity with Postman and APIs, understanding of good UX, and experience with SQL databases.
• Strong command of the English language and solid communication skills.
• Eager to contribute significantly to a dynamic tech team, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail.
• 3 years experience in testing/QA. 

Key Responsibilities

• Bug Testing: Identify, document, and track bugs to ensure a smooth user experience.
• API Testing: Use Postman to create and execute automated tests for our API.
• Feature Testing: Perform thorough testing of new features to ensure they meet requirements and are free of defects.
• Fix Verification: Verify bug fixes to ensure issues have been resolved.
• SQL Database Lookups: Perform SQL queries to validate data integrity and support testing or client service activities.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback.
• Write clear and concise bug reports and test documentation.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
