IT Project Manager

Primary role of this position is to coordinate and complete IT projects with quality, on time, within budget and within scope and to ensure projects comply with all compliance and security policy.

Another role is vendor and cost controller to oversee cost management of IT in our company. In this role, you will work collaboratively with various department managers to analyze costs, assess vendor relationships, and maximize profitability.Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time with quality, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with stakeholders
• Track project performance to analyze the success of short and long-term goals
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Vendor and Contract management
• Meet with vendor to take detailed ordering and clarify requirements of each project
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• Work in conjunction with all department heads to ensure maximum profitability
• Provide critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections
• Analyze invoices to ensure correct products/services were received at the expected cost
• Develop and implement proactive solutions and cost-cutting measures
• Roll out clear cost-saving programs with timelines and assessment goalsQualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in the appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
• Excellence in communication both English and Thai, Writing and Speaking, Listening.
• Minimum 3 years working experience.
• Experience in IT project management is preferred.
• Experienced in Cloud Technology either AWS or GCP especially cost optimization will be preferred.
• Experience of working in the Banking, FinTech or related organization is advantageous.
• Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately
• Excel skills required (ability to write formulas, link files, conditional formatting, lookups, pivot tables, etc.)
• Ability to interact with different departments at various levels with a consistent, self-assured, pleasant manner, making strategic business recommendations backed up by analytics and facts
• Ability to understand, interpret and explain complex data and production metrics in the simplest of terms to any audience.
• Understanding of Hardware/Software delivery project, Project Management or Agile project management.
