We are looking for Head of Product to lead our product and design teams as we work to redefine our loyalty and tokenization of real-world assets leveraging the blockchain. If you are someone that is self-motivated and capable of managing executives while also diving into the backlog or doing design explorations. You are not someone that talks about products like you come from a commercial role and have not had to really dive into the details of delivery. You have managed a scrum team. You have had to prioritize a backlog and written tickets. You can look at an API and get the impacts on your roadmap and you can also join the marketing team to help sell your product. The dev team respects you because you have empathy for them and some domain knowledge in the technical realm.
Moreover, you have passion in using public-chain protocols and performing on-chain transactions regularly on many different defi protocols across different chains.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as a member of the leadership team with the responsibility to support and advise leadership in all matters related to the product needs of the organization.
• Plan and execute strategies and project plans that enable team to expand effectively at scale.
• Manage roadmaps across teams to ensure they are aligned with your core goals.
• Ability to define the product strategy and break it down into tactics that are clear for all stakeholders.
• Ability to manage external partners as needed to augment the product portfolio.
• Drive prioritization across teams to ensure the most critical functions are the ones being delivered.
• Ensure your team is constantly scaling up in how they deliver experiences and the discipline by which they do so.
Qualifications
• 5+ years’ experience within the product realm(s) with experience leading teams as a plus, with 2+ years’ experience related to blockchain products.
• You can run a mean cross-functional workshop and bring different stakeholders together around the same vision.
• Experience devising product road maps and strategy while ensuring milestones achieved.
• You care about your team members and are able to develop meaningful career development plans and push their growth.
• Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies and processes.
• Demonstrated ability to map business needs to technology solutions, and to summarize and communicate issues and recommendations to management and non-technical peers.
• Proven ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and ability to comfortably engage with other executives and peers.
