Tech Team Lead

Arincare is looking for Technical Team Lead to join our growth team. As part of this new team, you'll be creating and leading our newly launched platform that will serve as a part of Healthcare infrastructure which will create positive impact and uplift quality of life for the mass.

As "Technical Team Lead", you'll be acting as champion and leadership for our engineering team to guide them to achieve growth objectives.

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Working with company's founders and everyone to create strategic roadmap for product development
• Develop and maintain code for the Platform
• Design Complex System Architecture
• Communicate and establish relationship between teams
• Manage sprint and workflow to ensure the team is on the right track to success
• Write quality correct code, well-factored, documented, testable and maintainable 
• Provide and participate in "code review" session for other members
• Develop plan and execute to grow and improve team's technical skills
• Work with co-founders in developing OKR and drive the team to achieve key results
• You'll be working and report directly to company's CEO and Founders

Basic Qualification

• 7+ Years experience in digital product / software development. No Degree required (ไม่จำกัดวุฒิการศึกษา)
• Hands-on experience in the following technology stack: Laravel PHP, ReactJS or VueJS, NodeJS, MySQL, MongoDB, Linux, AWS, Messaging Queue, Cloudflare
• Expertise in SQL, data structure, and database design
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Linux, NGINX, and basic DevOps concept
• Understanding of Git and Version Control
• Experience in writing unit test with React/VueJS and/or PHP
• Possess strong analytical skills and systematic thinking
• Experience in managing spring and working in agile project team
• Good understanding of user experience and user journey
• Maintain high level of professionalism, ownership, and accountability
• Can work as a team and individual
• Not afraid to get out of comfort zone and get your hands dirty with detail work

As a techical team lead, your role and responsibilities will be challenging one. Along the way you'll gain a lot of hands on experience from growing a startup product form zero to one while establish connection from working directly with other executives from partner corporates.
