Business Development Executive

Arincare is looking for Business Development Executive to join our growth team. As part of this new team, you'll be creating and leading our newly launched platform that will serve as a part of Healthcare infrastructure which will create positive impact and uplift quality of life for the mass.

As "Business Development Executive", you'll be acting as leader of this product team to achieve growth objectives and pursue future career path in management track.

Job Description / Responsibilities

Partnership & Ecosystem Development

• Develop new business deals, pitch project, collaborate with both local and international partners, follow through partnership projects
• Create pitch deck and propose strategic partnership business opportunities to partners and internal teams
• Onboard new partners and launching of projects

Growth Strategies

• Work with company's founders to bring new ideas to short and long term growth strategies
• Research and analyze trends to spot new opportunities within Healthcare industry
• Plan project and campaign launch with partners
• Manage project actions and execution timeline

Product Design

• Coordinate with internal teams both business and technical, to develop and bring new product/service to market
• Validate quality of work. Monitor and manage timely delivery of campaigns/projects for partners
• Work with the team to design product and service that best serve customers

Qualifications

• 3+ Years experience in Business development / partnership development / project management / Marketing or B2B Sales
• Bachelor degree in related area: sales, marketing, engineering, is a plus
• Experience working in team developing digital product / service is essential
• Good sense of user experience และ customer journey development
• Good interpersonal skill and communication both teams and public presentation
• Energetic, Confidence, Composed, Not afraid to step up, present ideas, and project confidence at appropriate level (As product team's growth leader, it's a part of your role to present and negotiate with CEO/MD from other corporate partners, both Thai and regional level)
• Can communicate in English
• Maintain high level of professionalism, ownership, and accountability
• Can work as a team and individual
• Not afraid to get out of comfort zone and get your hands dirty with detail work
