Senior Software Architect

Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Senior Software Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a rich background in designing and executing complex software systems. This role will be crucial in driving our AI and IoT-based energy management solutions, pushing the boundaries of innovation in energy efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement high-level software solutions, making critical decisions on architecture and technology stacks.
• Define and oversee the architectural strategy and vision of our AI & IoT energy management solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend, and backend developers to ensure technical considerations are included in overall product strategy.
• Review and approve proposed development releases, ensuring the software's scalability, robustness, and responsiveness.
• Evaluate the software architecture and system design to ensure the implementation of the right structures to meet the present and future business needs.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to the development team, encouraging best practices in software development.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the software architecture space, ensuring the company stays at the forefront of the industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a software architect role.
• Extensive experience with cloud computing platforms, distributed systems, microservices architecture, and API design.
• Deep understanding of AI, IoT, and energy management technologies is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and implement high-scale software systems.
• Strong leadership skills with a capacity to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

ถ้าเราจะป้องกันผลกระทบที่เกิดขึ้นกับสิ่งแวดล้อมและการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสภาพภูมิอากาศเหล่านี้

ที่ AltoTech เราจึงได้พัฒนา Alto CERO: AIoT Energy Management Platform ที่จะช่วยธุรกิจโรงแรม และอาคาร บริหารจัดการ ระบบผลิตพลังงานเช่น Solar PV Rooftop, ระบบกักเก็บพลังงานไฟฟ้า Energy Storage, อุปกรณ์ภายในโรงแรม อาคาร ที่ใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้าหรือความร้อน เช่น Chillers, pumps, lightings ฯลฯ รวมไปถึงการเชื่อมต่อกับสถานีอัดประจุไฟฟ้าและยานยนต์ไฟฟ้าต่างๆ ให้มีประสิทธิภาพด้วยเทคโนโลยี AI และ IoT เพื่อให้โรงแรม และอาคาร ที่ใช้แพลทฟอร์มและบริการของเรา กลายเป็น Net-Zero Energy หรือ Net-Zero Carbon จากการใช้ข้อมูลต่างๆไม่ว่าจาก IoT สภาพอากาศ หรือข้อมูลจากระบบต่างๆของโรงแรมและอาคาร

เราเชื่อว่า digital เทคโนโลยีเหล่านี้ เช่น AI, IoT, Optimization techniques และ Blockchain สามารถช่วยลดการปล่อย Greenhouse Gases และ Carbon dioxide ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และมีนัยสำคัญ

โดยในปี 2566 นี้เราเชื่อว่าอุตสาหกรรมท่องเที่ยวและบริการ จะฟื้นตัวกลับขึ้นมา และทุกธุรกิจต้องการการลดและควบคุมต้นทุนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ พนักงานที่มีอยู่มี productivity สูงขึ้นด้วย digital technologies

ความน่าสนใจคือ อุตสาหกรรมการท่องเที่ยวเป็นอุตสาหกรรมที่สร้างรายได้ให้กับประเทศไทยปีละกว่า 3 ล้านล้านบาท ซึ่งสูงเป็นอันดับ 4 ของโลก และมีอัตราการเติบโตอย่างต่อเนื่อง แต่ก็ต้องมาชะงักหลังจากเกิดการแพร่ระบาดของ Covid-19 และจากสถิติสถาบันวิจัยต่างๆ พบว่าโรงแรมและที่พักในประเทศไทย มีจำนวนมากกว่า 30,000 แห่ง ซึ่งมีจำนวนห้องพักรวมกันมากกว่า 1.2 ล้านห้อง จากสถานการณ์ Covid-19 ที่เกิดขึ้นจะเห็นได้ว่าหากโรงแรมจะเริ่มกลับมาฟื้นตัว โรงแรมจะต้องมีการจัดการต้นทุนที่ดี มีการบริหารทรัพยากรทั้งการใช้ไฟฟ้า น้ำ รวมไปถึงทรัพยากรมนุษย์ อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและคุ้มค่า ด้วยดิจิทัดเทคโนโลยี ซึ่งจากข้อมูลการใช้ไฟฟ้าในกลุ่มธุรกิจที่สำคัญของประเทศไทย พบว่าการใช้ไฟฟ้าของกลุ่มธุรกิจโรงแรมเป็นรองเพียงแค่กลุ่มห้างสรรพสินค้า ซึ่งค่าไฟฟ้าในแต่ละโรงแรมแตกต่างกันตามขนาด จากหลักหมื่นถึงหลักหลายสิบล้านบาทต่อเดือน ซึ่งถ้าหากคิดว่าค่าเฉลี่ยของการใช้ไฟฟ้าของแต่ละโรงแรมคือ ​​300,000 - 400,000 บาทต่อเดือน จะทำให้ธุรกิจโรงแรมมีรายจ่ายค่าไฟฟ้ารวมกันเกือบปีละ 50,000 ล้านบาท ซึ่งต้นทุนนี้โรงแรมทั่วไปจะอยู่ที่ประมาณ 10% ของค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมด และจากข้อมูลทางสถิติ รวมไปถึงวารสารทางวิชาการต่างๆ หากมีการจัดการที่ดี โรงแรมต่างๆสามารถจัดการใช้พลังงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและลดการใช้พลังงานได้ลงถึง 20-30% ดังนั้นหากคิดเป็นการใช้พลังงานอย่างไม่มีประสิทธิภาพของโรงแรมในปัจจุบัน คิดเป็นตลาดที่มีมูลค่าสูงกว่า 15,000 ล้านบาทต่อปี
