Backend - Frontend developer

1. Seeking of Back-end developers

Responsibilities:

• Designing, building, and maintaining the server-side of the company's software systems
• Working with a variety of technologies and frameworks, such as cloud computing platforms, databases, and machine learning libraries
• Integrating the server-side logic with the user interface
• Collaborating with data scientists to build and deploy machine learning models
• Optimizing the performance and scalability of the system

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field
• Welcome new gradulate 
• 0-3 years of experience in software development, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Javascript, or Go
• Experience with database design, implementation, and management, including proficiency in SQL
• Have knowledge of different database technologies, such as relational (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (e.g. MongoDB)
• Know or experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including the ability to design and deploy cloud-based architectures
• Familize with containerization technologies such as Docker, and experience with container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes
• Know or experience with devops practices, including continuous integration and delivery, infrastructure as code, and monitoring and logging

2. Seeking of Front-end developers

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with internal and external parties to rapidly iterate, experiment, and launch products.
• Create a unified component library to use across all products.
• Rapidly implement functional UI elements from design mocks, with an eye toward performance and accessibility.
• Ensure that components are functional, elegant, performant, and mobile-friendly.
• Research to improve front-end technologies and practices
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UX/UI designs
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability

Qualifications:

• Welcome new gradulate 
• A understanding of architecture of modern client-side React applications.
• Knowledge in TailwindCss and Responsive Design.
• Experience in Subscription, Web-socket for near real-time updates.
• Understand GraphQL and Schema Definition.
• A understanding of UI State Updates and SSR (Server-Side-Rendering).
• Experience with one or more JavaScript libraries and/or frameworks such as Node.js, Express, ReactJS, Ember, AngularJS, Backbone etc.
• Experience with source/version control software such as Git The following skills and experience would be preferred but are not essential:
• Experience developing for multiple devices such as mobile and tablets - including responsive design
• Exposure to MongoDB and Postgres
• Keen to learn about the latest programming languages and frameworks, and is always looking for ways to improve his skills.
• Constantly seeking out new ways to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
