As an Azure Cloud Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
· Administer and optimize Azure Synapse Analytics environments.
· Develop and execute T-SQL queries for data management and reporting.
· Manage and support Azure Web App services, ensuring seamless deployment and performance.
· Utilize Azure monitoring tools, including Log Analytics, to proactively identify and resolve issues.
· Write Kusto queries for effective analysis of log data and operational metrics.
· Collaborate with ITSM teams to support incident management, SLA compliance metrics and service delivery processes.
· Participate in weekend coverage rotations to monitor and support Azure environments.
· Work with the Agile multicultural teams in Asia, the EU, Canada, and the USA.
Profile RequirementsFor this position of Azure Cloud Support Engineer, we are looking for someone with:
· (Required) Fluency in English, both speaking and writing.
· (Required) Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality support
· (Required) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· (Required) Expertise in Azure Synapse Analytics administration and Azure Web App services, including setup and administration.
· (Required) Proficient in T-SQL for database querying and management.
· (Optional) Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
· (Optional) Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate (DP-300)
· Familiarity with Azure monitoring tools, specifically Log Analytics.
· Knowledge of Kusto query language for data analysis.
· Ability to demonstrate ITSM and SLA management skills.
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
