Junior Project Coordinator

Role Overview

As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will support project execution, track progress, and facilitate team communication. You will gain hands-on experience in Agile methodologies, project coordination, and product development while working closely with experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Support: Assist in planning and tracking development projects, ensuring teams stay organized.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Ensure transparent communication of project status and task progress.
• Team Coordination: Help facilitate collaboration between developers, R&D, and leadership.
• Agile & Scrum Support: Act as a Scrum Master in training, helping with stand-ups and sprint planning.
• Process Optimization: Identify ways to improve workflows and increase efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1-3 years in project coordination, product support, or a related role (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome).
• Project Management Tools: Familiarity with Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Basic Agile Understanding: Some knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, with a willingness to learn more.
• Strong Organization & Communication Skills: Ability to track multiple tasks and work collaboratively.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with software teams and learning about automation technology.
