IT Manager/Director

Job Summary:  is responsible for managing all software production operations, both internal & customer projects. Your main priority is ensuring all it related staff, including engineers, SA, and testers, are appropriately among all projects. You will work closely with the Head of Software Engineer in charge of the technical aspects, and Project Management Managers responsible for delivering every project on time. 

 Job Description: 

• Allocate manpower for each project, ensuring that teams have the resources to deliver projects on an aggressive, but achievable timeline 
• Evaluate if any project should be outsourced, and execute it
• Manage a team of SA, QA staff
• Establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management. 
• Direct operations of the IT department, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards 

 Qualification: 

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience 
• 5- 10 years of experience working in IT operations and 5 years as a manager of IT. 
• Detailed understanding of the end-to-end software life cycle, operational and support procedures, and processes 
• Strong experience in managing and influencing multiple business stakeholders, senior management, and executive-level  
• Experience as an IT Project Director/Manager/Program Manager/ QA/ SA, PM for medium to large and complex projects, managing work delivered through multiple third parties delivery teams would be plus
